About the role

We are looking for a driven internship student in Marketing Automation who wants to play a central role in our marketing team. You will work on building and optimizing automated customer journeys, developing campaigns, and managing lead generation to increase both customer loyalty and conversion.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize marketing automations and customer journeys.
• Segment and analyze data to improve audience engagement and customer experience.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are synchronized and effective.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze tools to maximize campaign results.
• Support the development of lead generation and conversion strategies.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Is analytical and has strong data-driven skills.
• Is a creative problem solver who can adapt strategies based on market changes.
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Is communicative and comfortable expressing ideas and results in both Swedish and English.
• Has experience in automating workflows.
